God's Miraculous Plan


 A word in due season should be irresistible to those of us who desire to mature, overcome and be all God is calling us to be. When God gave me the vision for this world wide web experience, I knew that the time was now. I took that important first step of faith and I am confident that God will do exceedingly above anything I could possibly imagine.

 

I call this site a world wide web experience because I refuse to box God in. You can expect audio and printed messages as well as dramatically read stories for children. You will hear and read testimonies and gain practical insights to strengthen your walk with Jesus Christ. Beyond that, the sky is the limit.

 

 One thing is certain, and that is we are committed to the truth of God’s Word and sensitive to His precious Holy Spirit. Above all, be assured that you will be encouraged.

Bencouraged.net is the fruit of a ministry called Abundant Life Christian Center Fellowship in Oakland, California, USA. Our most excellent founding Pastor is Jean Ferguson. God has used her mightily in my life and you will hear me speak of her often. My hope is that she will write for this site from time to time. 

I love that God planted me at Abundant Life so I could grow up secure, unconditionally loved and walk in God’s perfect will and purpose for my life.

God moves in our lives and will sometimes move us out of our comfort zones so lives can be touched outside of the church’s four walls. I recently read a prophetic Word on the WYSIWYG.com site that said this was a year where we needed to 'get comfortable being uncomfortable'.  That’s pretty much where I live. I am an ordained minister of the Gospel with a clear call to do the work of an evangelist.

And speaking of fruit from the ministry of Pastor Jean, I am excited as never before to be a part of a brand new ministry in Dublin, California, USA.  The church is called

and my brand new pastor and his wife are Pastor Kevin and Sister Christine Love.   I am expecting God to do some phenomenal works in that area.  If you happen to be in the area at 11 AM on a Sunday morning then feel free to stop by and worship with us.  Beginning February 7, 2010 our services will be held at:

Statement of Faith

 

We Believe the Bible to be the inspired, infallible and authoritative Word of God.


We Believe that there is one God eternally existent in three:

God the Father, God the Son, and God the Holy Spirit.

We Believe in the deity of our Lord, Jesus Christ, in His virgin birth, in His sinless life, in His miracles, in His atoning death, in His bodily resurrection, in His ascension to the right hand of the Father, and in his ultimate return to this earth in power and glory to rule over the nations.

 



We Believe that the only means of being cleansed from sin is through repentance and faith in the Lord Jesus Christ.

We Believe that regeneration by the Holy Spirit is absolutely essential for personal salvation.

We Believe that the redemptive work of Christ on the cross provides healing of the human body in answer to believing in prayer.

 



We Believe that the Baptism of the Holy Spirit, according to 

Acts 2:4, is given to believers who ask for it.

We Believe in the Five-Fold Ministry.

We Believe in the sanctifying power of the Holy Spirit by whose indwelling the Christian is enabled to live a holy life.

We Believe in the resurrection of both the saved and the lost, the one to everlasting life and the other to everlasting damnation.
